About The Arnold Group (TAG)

Our History:

The Arnold Group (TAG), owned by George and Marion Arnold, opened its first office in Wichita, Kansas in 1979. Later we expanded to include offices in: Emporia, Hutchinson, Salina and Winfield, Kansas.

After 20 years spent working for large corporations including 15 years in a nation-wide staffing agency, George desired to strike out on his own. He opened a small temporary staffing office in Wichita, Kansas and found success using his experience, entrepreneurial spirit and principle beliefs – “put the customer first and develop long-term relationships with them.”

Through the years, The Arnold Group’s senior management team has encountered first-hand the evolution of this unique industry from a solitary service to a diverse provider of workforce solutions. The human resource industry is a constantly changing force, and to stay abreast of market opportunities, The Arnold Group has assessed areas of concentration where we may grow and expand. In 2000, The Arnold Group expanded their service offerings in a journey to become a comprehensive human resource company offering professional placement services, testing and evaluation solutions, employee developmental training and HR consulting services in addition to supplemental staffing services.

While The Arnold Group has been a strong advocate of the benefits of technology, we realize the importance of maintaining a personal touch with clients and associates. TAG capitalizes on technology’s ability to perform advanced searching to uncover the right talent, but spends time with each of its candidates to be sure the personality will mesh well within the clients’ corporate culture. With clients, care is taken to establish relationships for understanding their business, discovering needs and presenting strategic HR solutions.

By putting the customer first and developing long-term relationships with them, TAG differentiates itself from the large nationals by valuing quality over quantity. The Arnold Group maintains quality and resists the pressure of reducing rates to boost business. Precision is executed by building strong relationships and assessing client and candidate needs to ensure the right placements are made the first time, rather than simply working to fill an order.

George and Marion Arnold established this company with the sole purpose of providing quality human resource solutions to the Wichita business community.
