Customer Service Rep - Technical
Local company has an immediate openings for Customer Service Representatives (Technical). This is a long term contract position with 1st shift and 3rd shift positions available. The successful candidate will be interfacing directly with OEM management, engineers, and directly with customers so an ability to understand complex technology, once trained, will be expected. Job Requirements:
- Good attendance is critical
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications: Outlook, Excel and MS Word
- Able to demonstrate proficiency when entering system and customer data into the call tracking system, Seibel
- Attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Solid employment history
- Able to pass criminal background and drug screens
- Ability to understand complex technology, once trained, will be expected
- Ability to multitask is helpful
- Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new technology is preferred
- Some college preferred
