Custodian/Janitor

Job Duties:
- Remove trash from the facility
- Move equipment, furniture and supplies
- Set up for events and meetings
- Clean inside of facility
- Clean outside of facility including parking lots and grounds
- Operate variety of floor care equipment
Job Requirements:
- Custodial/janitorial experience
- Detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to pass criminal background and drug screens
- Solid employment history
