Health Care Insurance and Benefits

A message from The Arnold Group regarding the Affordable Care Act:

To our valued clients and associates,

The Affordable Care Act (ACA) mandates compliance from companies with 100 or more full-time or full-time equivalent employees. The Arnold Group (TAG) is committed to ACA compliance for our valued business clients and associates.

As the legal employer on record, TAG will offer benefits to all active and assigned TAG employees, as outlined under ACA parameters.Despite increased employer costs incurred under the ACA, TAG guaranteed no rate hikes for our business clients during the first year (2015) and hopes to be in a position to maintain this in the future years as we continue to look for efficiency gains in our everyday operations. TAG employee communications regarding ACA will be ongoing.

If you have any immediate questions regarding ACA or TAG compliance, please feel free to call or email.

We look forward to working with you now and in the future.

Availability of Summary Health Information/Enrollment Guide

As an employee, the health benefits available to you represent a significant component of your compensation package. They also provide important protection for you and your family in the case of illness or injury.

Your plan offers a series of health coverage options. Choosing a health coverage option is an important decision. You are able to enroll in a HealthCare Plan after 30 days of your first assignment start date or during your employer’s annual open enrollment period.

Important notice regarding ACA mandate: on January 20, 2017, President Trump signed an executive order eliminating the individual mandate (fine/penalty) for individuals not electing health insurance coverage.

To help you make an informed choice, your plan makes available a 2017 Benefits Enrollment Packet for newly eligible, which summarizes important information about offered health coverage options in a standard format, to help you make an informed decision.
