As the legal employer on record, TAG will offer benefits to all active and assigned TAG employees, as outlined under ACA parameters.Despite increased employer costs incurred under the ACA, TAG guaranteed no rate hikes for our business clients during the first year (2015) and hopes to be in a position to maintain this in the future years as we continue to look for efficiency gains in our everyday operations.
